F2 was one of the many side projects of Chris Cowie and Tony Scott. Other aliases the duo used included Remould, Space Buggy, and Percy X. Their joint collaborations have appeared on Soma, Limbo, R+S, K7, and Out On A limb.

Dominica was originally released on Out On A Limb an offshoot of Limbo Records and is one of Cowies all time favourite works. Tim Barr, Technos foremost music journalists said if the track were written by a Detroit Techno producer it would have been hailed as a classic of the genre. To add weight to the claim, Dave Angel the UK legendary Techno producer said in an interview Dominica was one of his top five all time favourite tracks.

For the Best Behaviour album Cowie chose a later remix of the track but had always felt the original should have been used. In light of this the original mix has also been included in the digital re-release.
